In fast moving world almost every person is using a computer and The Internet. It is the fastest way to pay a taxes or to buy something and of course, it is the fastest way to find an information. Everything will be all-right if there won't be a dander to use this new technology.
Computer fraud it is real danger to lose your information, presentation, even money!!! Your computer can caught a virus and everything will disappear. How to protect yourselves? It is very difficult question. We should learn more about computer fraud. Also we should use security in our computers. For example, security gaps or stop spyware. We must read only these e-mails, which senders are known for us. In this way you won't be able to caught a disastrous virus. There are no recipe how to protect computer. You may use a lot of passwords by they won't be helpful. We must be more interested in computer fraud. We should read how it works, who may be the fraudster, what is his scheme to damage computer programs and so on.
We are users of modern technologies so we must find the way how to protect our property.

Public law consider with citizens relationships between themselves and state or between one state and another. The main categories in this law are: crimes, constitutional law, international law. The most important differences between these two laws are the definitions. For example, a criminal action is called a prosecution (public law) and an illegal civil action is called plaintiff (civil law). There are differences in damages and liability. As well as there are points of contact. For example, guilty in a criminal case won't be found liable in a civil action about the same matter. It is very shortly about these laws, but you should be more interested in it because there are a lot of practical things.
