Gun control

Guns are very dangerous things. Sometime it may save a life, but there are situations when guns make more damage than goods things. We need guns to protect our country, property or life, but guns in children hands may by the biggest disaster. As an example, we can take gunfight in California, where were shot 20 students. Gunfights like this are frequently happened events in the USA. Each country has gun control laws, but they are not perfect. I think, that it is easy to buy an illegal gun, even children can buy one. :(
Situation in Lithuania is very sad. Our laws claim that you may have a gun for self-defence and you do not need special order. I strongly believe that person who has gun, need special tests, which shows is he responsible enough to own a gun. It is sad, but we have a lot of illegal guns and there are no answer how to deal with this problem. The government has more important things than this one and situation will not change in a future. I believe that we must be more active and do something. Then the government will put attention on this problem.
In conclusion, I would like to say that we need safe life, but not only guns can protect us. We must look for another ways of safety.

Employment law. Summary

Employment law has born in 19th in Western countries. Industrialization was growing and people need the law to protect theirs rights. Employment rights make a clear distinction between self-employed poeple and employees. There are a lot of legislations in Engladn, which claim workers rights, they just must know it. More important is European Court, which can help to deal with a problem assiocated with a job. This law informs about all rights of workers as well as strike and how to organize it in a proper way. However, East countries are not as democratic as West, but they have some laws, which claim rights of employees and employers. I believe in the near future situation will be better. We just must fight for our rights.
